The beginning of Gem Furniture Limited is a manufacture specializing in furniture hardware and spare parts, 100% export OEM to Germany and Italy factories. From the year 1999, Gem Furniture Limited developed new line of glass factory to achieve the production for the final products with contemporary style home furniture with main material of steel, glass, mdf and fibra glass. The design and combining of different material style were improved by the marketing and the business developed fast within the year of 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005. Till the end of year 2005, the current place is not enough for expanding production line, GEM moved to the bigger place with over 400 employers.
Background:
*** 1998 GEM begin with hardware manufacturing for Germany companies.
mainly with OEM products for the base of coffee table, Dining table and chair frame.
*** 1999 GEM create her own glass factory and begin produce final products.
*** 2003 GEM registered in Hongkong and expand her international business.
*** 2005 GEM moved to new factory for the expanding export business.
Marketing:
Gem Furniture Limited is an export-orienting manufacture with the international marketing in U.S.A. (with 39% sales amount), Europe (with 27% sales amount), middle east (with 25% sales amount), and some other part of the world. The production ability is achieved 60 x 40` containers per month in year 2019.
Product range:
The product lines include living room (coffee table, tv stand, shelves), dining sets( dining table, dining chair, buffet), bed room (night stand, 3 drawers, 5 drawers, etc.,), bar table, bar stools and accessories. OEM and ODEM (original development from us) is same important for us.
Production line:
The current production lines are including:
*** steel line like cutting, curving, welding, polishing, mirror polishing, etc., including powder coating and stainless steel brush golden plating.
*** MDF line like cutting, curving, bonded, etc., including the surface treatment NC or PU high gross painting(piano painting);
*** upholstery line like cutting, sawing, foam sculpt; materiall with pvc, leather, recycle leather, fabric, etc.,
*** glass treatment like cutting, polishing, edge polishing, chemical frosted, curving glass, color glass, silk screen, etc., even tempered glass.
Material:
The best quality materials come from different sources guarantee the different priority of our products. Glass coming from the Shenzhen South Group, importing UV Glue from Europe and imported leather from East Asia, etc., The using of stable gross technology, high grade stainless steel disc and E1 standard MDF are always considering the worth of products.
